Agustin Aran Martin

Agustin leads OneTriad's operations, client service, and technology infrastructure. He directs the design and development of the firm's proprietary valuation software, integrating automation and analytics to deliver greater efficiency, consistency, and defensibility in valuation analysis. With a background in advisory, valuation, and financial modeling across mergers and acquisitions, incentive compensation, equity interests, and financial and tax reporting, Agustin applies a quantitative mindset and system-based approach to enhance productivity and scale OneTriad's technological capabilities.

Originally from Argentina, he came to the United States on a college tennis scholarship, driven by his passion for the sport and a desire for personal and academic growth. During his time as a student-athlete, Justin offered him the opportunity to join Titus Alliance as an intern, where they discovered a shared vision and commitment to excellence that became the foundation of their relationship. Agustin's early work at Titus grew into a full-time role and a joint pursuit of innovation. Building on that experience and after years of learning and experimentation, they created OneTriad to meet a clear need in the marketplace for a smarter, more efficient valuation tool.

Outside of work, Agustin is an avid tennis player who enjoys staying active, working out, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He values quality time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring new cultures, often blending his love for sports and wellness wherever he goes. Agustin graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Mathematics, where he led the men's tennis team to multiple national awards and championships. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
