The OneTriad story continues the legacy of Titus Alliance, which was built on a people-centric culture when founder Justin Boyd brought together his first analyst hires, Agustin (Gus) and Dmitriy. After Dmitriy left to pursue his MBA at Chicago Booth (now with UBS Investment Banking in New York City), Michele joined the team three months later. She brought valuable experience from Starbucks Corporate Development as well as her prior work with Justin at Grant Thornton, where she developed advanced financial models for one of the world's largest accounting firms.
